Natalie Chan

Natalie Chan is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance law. Currently serving as an Associate at Harneys since December 2021, Natalie previously held the position of Associate in the General Banking team at Clifford Chance from September 2018 to November 2021, where also functioned as a Legal Assistant prior to admission. The legal journey began with a Trainee Solicitor role at Clifford Chance, completing various seats including Asset Finance and Corporate M&A. Natalie's early career included vacation placements at noted firms such as Richards Butler in association with Reed Smith LLP and Linklaters, as well as internships at Keith Lam Lau & Chan, Solicitors and Notaries, and Fraternity Chambers. Academically, Natalie holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham and a PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong, along with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham.
