Emma Way

Emma Way is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in internal recruitment, currently serving as the Internal Recruitment Lead at Harnham since March 2018. In this role, Emma is responsible for attracting and selecting top talent for the award-winning business in the UK and EU. Prior to Harnham, Emma worked as an Internal Recruitment Consultant at The Knowledge Academy, where Emma assisted the HR Manager and successfully hired over 30 staff members in just two months. Emma holds an MSc in Health Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coventry University.
