Rajat Talwar

Rajat Talwar is a technology leader with extensive experience across various roles in the software and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Harold Electricals since November 2022, Rajat focuses on driving automation and process improvements to enhance departmental growth and value delivery. Previous experience includes positions as a Full Stack Software Consultant and Technical Solutions Architect at a stealth startup, where Rajat developed product teams and selected appropriate tools and frameworks. As CTO at Paysack, Rajat made critical tech decisions for a secure financial system and emphasized automated testing practices. Additional roles include Full Stack Developer at ConfEngine, Extreme Programming Coach at Hike, and Software Development Engineer 2 at Amazon, alongside senior software engineering positions at Aristocrat and Wirkle Inc. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, obtained in 2009.
