Rachel Levy

Rachel (Korn) Levy is the Founder and Principal of Hunter Creek Investors, a real estate investment firm established in October 2022, which has executed over $2B in transactions. Previously, Rachel served in key roles at Northwind Group from 2019 to September 2022, where $1B in real estate loans were originated and $300M in assets were acquired, alongside overseeing asset management. Additionally, Rachel is a member of the Next Gen Advisory Board at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation since 2019. Previous experience includes positions as a Data Research Analyst at Columbia University Medical Center and as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan.
