Christophe Berthelin

Christophe Berthelin currently serves as the interim president of the executive board and deputy general director of Finance and Accounting at HAROPA PORT since February 2021. Prior to this role, Christophe Berthelin was an administrator of public finances with the Direction générale des Finances publiques - DRFIP 76 from February 2014 to January 2021, managing the state pole and serving as the territorial receiver of finances for the Le Havre arrondissement. Additional experience includes several positions within the Direction générale des Finances publiques, including responsibilities in economic affairs, valuation of local government accounts, and economic and financial studies. Christophe Berthelin began their career as a public treasury inspector from September 1994 to August 1999. Educational background includes studies at Ecole Nationale du Trésor and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, culminating in a degree in Economics and Management.
