Mick Huffstutler

Miles C. (“Mick”) Huffstutler III is a strategic and financial leader with a proven ability to drive growth and build companies in domestic and international markets. He brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, and international business working with Fortune 500 corporations, private firms, and startups.

As an investment banker and later as a corporate development executive, he gained firsthand experience in a wide range of transactions for buyers and sellers across multiple industries (over $15 billion of value). Mick earned his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Science in Business with distinction from the University of Minnesota.

He serves as a judge and mentor for the Penn Wharton Startup Challenge and as Executive-In-Residence with North Carolina State University’s Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Program.
