Shannon Harper

Shannon Harper has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Shannon started their career in 2007 at Harper Auto Square, where they worked as a Business Manager, assisting customers with financing and sales floor operations, specializing in Porsche, Audi, and Jaguar lines. In 2009, Shannon was promoted to Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Harper Auto Square, a role they held until becoming the President & Dealer Principal in August 2019.

In 2007, Shannon also had an internship at Audi of America, where they worked in the Motorsports Marketing department, securing sponsorships for the Audi R8 racecar in the American Le Mans Series and coordinating hospitality events at ALMS races across the country.

Additionally, Shannon served as a Southern Region Dealer Council Member at Volkswagen of America, Inc from 2017 to 2020.

Shannon Harper obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dealership Management from the National Auto Dealers Association from 2008 to 2009. Following this, Shannon pursued a degree in Business Management and Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2003 to 2007. In 2017, Shannon furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, Strategic Leadership from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
