Jason Ridings

Jason Ridings has over 20 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. Jason currently serves as the Director of Design at Harper Construction Company since November 2017. Prior to this, they were the Design Manager at the same company from December 2017 to October 2020. Jason also worked as the Director of Development at Boynton Williams & Associates from April 2016 to December 2017. Jason previously held positions as a Senior Project Manager at Beck Design from July 2015 to April 2016, and as a Senior Project Manager at Boynton-Williams Associates from August 2008 to July 2015. Jason's other work experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Beck Design from 2005 to 2007, a Project Manager at Alvidrez Architecture, Inc. from 2004 to 2005, an Associate at Russ Berger Design Group from 2002 to 2004, and an Intern at Engineering Dynamics Intl from 2000 to 2001. Throughout their career, Jason has gained expertise in managing commercial and educational projects, strengthening client relationships, and developing new opportunities.

Jason Ridings earned a Bachelor's Degree in B.S. Architectural Engineering from The University of Kansas, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they briefly studied Civil Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy from 1996 to 1997.
