Troy Broughton

Troy Broughton is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and management. Since October 2017, Troy has been serving as the Head of Sales at Harper James, a full-service remote commercial law firm, after progressing through roles as Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive. Prior to this, Troy gained valuable experience as a Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant at Advanced Clinical Recruitment Ltd. from June 2016 to October 2017, and held a managerial position at Bibby Line Group from August 2013 to June 2016. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
