Nadia Cook

Nadia Cook is a Business Development Solicitor at Harper Macleod LLP since November 2022, involved in HM Connect, a premier support and referral network for Scottish law firms. As the Founder and Owner of The Scottish Lawyer since August 2021, Nadia aims to enhance social mobility within the Scottish legal community by providing accessible resources for legal students and professionals. Nadia's experience includes roles as a Committee Member for the Trainee and Newly Qualified Society, and previous positions as an in-house solicitor for the UK Government Scotland, a solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP, and a trainee solicitor at Digby Brown Solicitors. Nadia has also served as a panel speaker at events regarding legal education and women in law. An academic background includes a Master's in Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Abertay University, complemented by various advanced legal trainings across Europe.
