Jonathan Connolly

Jonathan Connolly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Technology at HarperCollins Publishers since August 2012, Jonathan oversees HR and IT functions for HarperCollins Australia and New Zealand. Previously, as the Head of HR at HarperCollins Australia, Jonathan implemented key initiatives including an online appraisal process, enhanced onboarding, and a comprehensive training plan. Jonathan's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Avis Budget Group, where significant compliance improvements and HR support for over 1,000 employees were achieved, and as an HR Consultant at Aussie Home Loans. Jonathan holds a degree in Economics, Finance, and Management from the University of Sydney.
