Kimberly Sorrell has extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Kimberly began their career at Simon & Schuster, Scribner as a Publicity Assistant in 1995. Kimberly then moved on to Workman Publishing, where they held roles as a Catalog Sales Associate and Special Sales-Premium Sales Associate. Kimberly joined Random House in 1998 and worked as a Mail Order Sales Representative and later as a Special Sales Catalog Manager. At Adams Media, they served as a Key Account Manager and then as Director of National Accounts, managing and expanding various account bases. Kimberly continued their career at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Special Sales Manager, where they achieved sales goals and managed multiple wholesale and retail accounts. Currently, Kimberly works at HarperCollins Publishers as a Special Sales Manager, where they successfully reach and surpasses sales and title placement goals. Kimberly has a strong track record of sales achievements throughout their career.

Kimberly Sorrell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
