Zandra Magariño

Zandra Magariño is Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources functions for HarperCollins worldwide. She sits on the HarperCollins global executive committee.

Prior to joining HarperCollins, Zandra served as Chief People Officer for José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup. Zandra has also held executive roles with AOL, Tyco International, Omnicom, and Centrica. She has extensive experience leading HR teams across a range of industries including media, technology, e-commerce, advertising, energy, hospitality, and professional services. In addition to her diverse HR background, Zandra also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Florida.
