Julia Bushkov has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a particular focus on HR consulting. Julia started their career in 1998 as the President of HRVentures, Inc., where they excelled in managing HR functions for various clients. Julia'sresponsibilities included overseeing employment, benefits, compensation, training, regulatory compliance, as well as mentoring teams and providing input at senior management levels. Throughout their career, Julia has held HR consulting roles in multiple companies such as Course Hero, Storm Ventures, Harpoon Therapeutics, Tregaron Capital, Winning by Design, Skyflow, ReCode Therapeutics, OpenSpace, and SA Photonics. Julia'sexpertise lies in providing strategic HR solutions and guidance to organizations.

Julia Bushkov obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from USF from 1980 to 1984. Julia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Development at Golden Gate University from 1989 to 1991.
