Victor Li

Victor Li MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the casino and entertainment industry. Victor began their career at Barona Resort & Casino, where they worked in casino operations from 2004 to 2011.

In 2011, Victor joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Senior Asian Marketing Executive, where they focused on generating revenue growth through customer relations management and innovative marketing techniques. Victor also oversaw new client acquisitions and developed individualized marketing plans for high-end clients. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Lead Asian Marketing Executive, leading a team of five account executives to increase team production and develop VIP and VVIP Asian marketing strategies. From 2015 to the present, Victor served as the Multicultural Marketing Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where they analyzed customer segments, customer needs, and competitive analysis to create strategies for long-term revenue growth. Victor provided leadership to the marketing team and collaborated closely with the ad agency to create marketing collateral.

Since 2017, Victor has been working at Harrah's Resort Southern California, initially as the Director of VIP and Multicultural Marketing and later as the Director of Table Games. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Casino Operations.
