Rachel Mills is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People Business Partner and HR Advisor at The Harrier Group since April 2022, Rachel has previously worked as an HR Consultant at Coops & Co, and in various capacities at Aldermore Bank PLC, including Data Management Analyst and Operational Risk & Data Specialist. Rachel's earlier positions include Staying Well Service Office Manager at South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, where the focus was on Employee Engagement and Wellbeing, and roles at BT that developed skills in Project Management, Data Management, and Organisational Change. Rachel holds a Level 5 Human Resource Management Diploma from Busec Nova and has foundational education from South Devon College.
