Harold Wilkerson is an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Chase Republic since August 2020 and has held multiple roles at Chase Republic Agency since August 2019, including Director of Brand Communications and Partnerships and Creator of the Code Switch Communication Program. The Code Switch program focuses on teaching college-bound students the science of strategic communication to foster self-actualization and opportunity creation. Additionally, Harold has been a Professional Development Instructor at Harriet Tubman Charter School since September 2017, specializing in soft skills and leadership training. Previously, Harold served as the Director of Student Success at The College of New Rochelle from January 2008 to August 2019, where responsibilities included course development in communication studies. Harold holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of New Rochelle, earned between 2008 and 2010.
