Nick Puiia

Nick Puiia is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Clerk of the Works and Construction Inspector. Currently serving as Clerk of the Works at Harriman since March 2016, Nick has managed significant projects such as roof replacements and HVAC upgrades for the Town of Wellesley, MA. Previous positions include Facilities Manager at the University of New England, Construction Manager for MBP at the Easton Land Port of Entry, and Senior Consultant at McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. Nick’s career began as Facilities Manager at Rumford Hospital, with additional experience as a Field Engineer and Construction Manager. Nick holds an MBA in Business from Thomas College and a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine.
