David Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. David started their career as an Electronics Technician at Micro Grow Greenhouse Systems in 1993, where they supervised manufacturing and testing of environmental control systems. David then worked at California Baptist University as a Help Desk Technician, where they provided technical support and training to users on office automation systems. David joined Harrington Industrial Plastics in 2000 as a Helpdesk Supervisor and later became a System Engineer. In 2008, they were promoted to Information Technology Director at the same company.

David Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management from California Baptist University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Interactive Telecommunications at the University of Redlands from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, David has obtained certifications in Microsoft Teams Essential Training and Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks from LinkedIn in February 2019.
