Frank Yang has extensive work experience in various financial and accounting roles. Frank is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Harrington Industrial Plastics, a leading distributor of piping systems. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Power Stop LLC, a company specializing in aftermarket brakes. Frank also worked as the VP Corporate Controller at FleetPride, the largest independent distributor of aftermarket truck parts, and as the Corporate Controller at both Ryan Herco Flow Solutions and Union Supply Company. Frank has also held accounting positions at Youbet.com, iCrete LLC, and Ital Art Design, where they served as the Director of Accounting, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. Frank holds a CPA, CGMA, MBA, and MSCS.

Frank Yang, CPA, CGMA, MBA, MSCS completed their Bachelor's degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1990 to 1994. Frank then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Later on, Frank enrolled at Trident University International, earning an MBA from 2007 to 2009. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in May 2012, and they also hold the CGMA certification from the AICPA, which they obtained in January 2012.
