Nicholas Vitti Jr.

Nicholas Vitti Jr. serves as a Member and Commercial Real Estate Group Leader at Harris Beach Murtha, following the merger of Harris Beach PLLC and Murtha Cullina LLP in January 2025. With extensive experience in the legal field, Nicholas previously held the position of Partner and Real Estate Practice Group Chair at Murtha Cullina LLP from May 2021 to January 2025, and was a Partner at Cacace, Tusch & Santagata for over thirteen years. Early in their career, Nicholas worked as an Associate Attorney specializing in Land Use and Zoning Law, General Civil Litigation, and Real Estate. Prior to entering law, Nicholas was an Accounts Manager at Hi-Ho Petroleum Corp., overseeing accounts receivables and developing a collection law practice. Nicholas earned a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a BA in History with a Minor in Business Studies from Providence College.
