Melissa Lamprecht

Melissa Lamprecht has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and management. Melissa started their career at MSS Technologies as a Contract Software Developer in December 2005, before moving on to Kinetik IT as a Software Developer in June 2006.

In August 2007, Melissa joined Harris Computer as a Software Developer for the Harris Local Government division. Melissa gradually progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Manager, Research & Development, Director, Research & Development, and Vice President, Research & Development for the same division.

Melissa's most recent roles at Harris Computer include Vice President, Sales & Marketing/Client Services for Harris Local Government (June 2021-January 2022) and Vice President, HR Systems (January 2022-present). Their extensive experience in software development and management make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Melissa Lamprecht holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Northern Arizona University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their academic degrees, Melissa has obtained certifications as an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile and as a PMI-ACP from the Project Management Institute in November 2014.
