Jeff Schoeneberg

Jeff Schoeneberg serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards, HR Systems & Operations at Bazaarvoice since January 2022, overseeing global compensation, benefits, and HCM systems. Prior to this role, Jeff held various leadership positions at Hanger, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS functions from June 2010 to January 2022. Jeff's earlier experience includes managing HR functions at IE Discovery, Inc., directing human resources strategies at Vignette Corporation, implementing HR solutions at Oracle Corporation, and conducting training at Ceridian Employer Services. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward's University, along with an MBA and BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
