Ruth Manlapas

Ruth Manlapas is an experienced executive currently serving as the VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Harris Computer and as the Founder of Inlet Advisors, LLC. In addition, Ruth holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Enduring Hearts, providing strategic leadership and enhancing board capabilities through expert recruitment. Previous roles include VP of Solution Delivery at 3Ci, VP of Tech and Data Strategy at BillGO, and various VP positions at Fiserv and Equifax, where Ruth focused on driving strategic change and aligning product strategies with market opportunities. Ruth has also held leadership positions at Bridgevine, Inc. and Manheim by Cox Automotive, demonstrating a consistent track record in strategic accounts, solution delivery, and agile program management. Ruth earned a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
