Matt Miller

Matt Miller is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Colorado Department of Law's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matt was a Senior Assistant County Attorney at the Harris County Attorney's Office from August 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading investigations and litigation in consumer protection. Matt's legal career also includes a tenure as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General from November 2007 to August 2022, focusing on fraud-related claims and collaborating with various law enforcement agencies.
