Michael Winn

Michael Winn serves as the Chief Deputy of Administration and Administrator of Elections at Harris County Clerk since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Elections at Travis County since May 2012, overseeing all election-related tasks for a large urban county and managing the elections division budget. Michael's career at Travis County began as an Assistant Election Administrator from August 2007 to May 2012, where responsibilities included elections planning and financial reporting. Earlier roles include Program Manager and Election Management Coordinator at Travis County and Election Contract Specialist at Bexar County Clerk's Office. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Chemistry from Texas Lutheran University and has further certifications in Public Administration and Election/Registration Administration.
