Joel Sebastian currently serves as a Deputy with the Harris County Constable Precinct One, under the Office of Alan Rosen, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joel was a Police Officer with Houston ISD from January 2020 to October 2021. Joel also gained valuable experience as a Senior Team Lead at Target, where employment lasted from October 2014 to January 2020. Joel holds a degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed in 2020.
