Robert Lozano has extensive experience in law enforcement and union leadership, currently serving as a Deputy at Harris County Constable Precinct One since November 2017, focusing on legal matters related to child support, custody, tax evasion, and protective orders. Lozano has also held significant roles in professional organizations, including Past Texas State Lodge Union President for the Texas Fraternal Order of Police and current President of the Houston Metro Police Union. Previous experience includes serving as Sergeant over Tactical Unit and SORT Operations at the Metropolitan Transit Authority and Deputy Constable at Harris County Constable's Office, where profound skills in grant writing were developed to enhance operational funding. Lozano holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Intelligence Studies from the University of Notre Dame and additional qualifications in Executive Leadership and Business Management.
