Lozano has also held significant roles in professional organizations, including Past Texas State Lodge Union President for the Texas Fraternal Order of Police and current President of the Houston Metro Police Union. Previous experience includes serving as Sergeant over Tactical Unit and SORT Operations at the Metropolitan Transit Authority and Deputy Constable at Harris County Constable's Office, where profound skills in grant writing were developed to enhance operational funding.
