Emily Marmolejo Rincón

Emily Marmolejo Rincón currently serves as the Process Improvement Coordinator at Harris County Department of Education since November 2022. Previously, Emily held the position of Continuous Improvement Sr. Analyst at Copa Airlines from June 2014 to October 2020, where notable achievements included eliminating No Quality Cost using Lean Six Sigma methodology and creating analytical reports for senior leadership using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, Emily worked as a Pricing Analyst at Copa Airlines, focusing on distribution channel alignment and collaborating on rate proposals. Emily earned a Master of Marketing and Sales and a Minor in Design Thinking from EAE Business School, as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
