L Jay Barrera

L Jay Barrera is an experienced professional in emergency medical services and training, currently serving as the Battalion Chief of EMS Training at Harris County ESD 48 Fire Department since January 2009. With a background in paramedicine, L Jay has held positions as FTO/Paramedic and Paramedic during this tenure. In addition, L Jay has been a Director at Great Adventure Camp/The Cat Spring Retreat since September 2001.
