James Megna

James Megna is an experienced operations manager currently serving with the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority, overseeing the Houston Host Committee for the 2024 College Football Playoffs National Championship. Previously, James held various management roles at Amazon, including Area Manager II, where responsibilities included launching a Robotics Sortation Center and enhancing operational efficiency. James's extensive background in event management includes key positions with Houston Dynamo/BBVA Stadium and Aramark Sports + Entertainment, overseeing large-scale events and coordinating logistics for numerous athletic programs. James holds an MBA in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management, graduated Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Houston.
