Chara Bowie

Chara Bowie, MA, LPC-S, currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Harris County Precinct 2, where responsibilities include overseeing departments impacting social determinants of health and assisting with the growth of Precinct2gether Inc. Previous roles include Director of HealthCare and Social Services at the same precinct, where initiatives were developed to enhance access to health services, and participation in COVID-19 response efforts.
