Frida Villalobos

Frida Villalobos is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in marketing and media. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications for Harris County Precinct 2, Frida manages communications for Commissioner Adrian Garcia and previously held the position of Communications Director in the same office. Prior to this, Frida directed communications at BakerRipley, developing strategies for community engagement and creating content across multiple platforms. Additional roles include Project Coordinator at Houston Community College and Manager of Communications at the Houston Area Women's Center, where Frida implemented media plans and responded to media inquiries. Early career experience includes roles in programming and branding at Lat TV and as a Production Assistant/News Writer at KHOU Channel 11. Frida holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications/Media/Spanish from Texas State University.
