Christopher G. Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Geography from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, in November 2017, they obtained the Part 107 Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, making him a certified drone pilot.
