Joshua Orr

Joshua Orr is an experienced GIS Supervisor at Harris County Toll Road Authority, where employment began in June 2013 after previously serving as a GIS Technician. Prior experience includes working as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst in both the US Air Force Reserve from June 2012 to June 2014 and the United States Air Force from May 2003 to June 2012. Joshua Orr holds a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from McMurry University. Additionally, Joshua Orr earned an Associate of Applied Science in Applied Communications Technology - Geospatial Intelligence from the Community College of the Air Force and completed specialized training at the US Air Force Imagery Apprentice Course and the USAF Airman Leadership School.
