Leilany Thielen P.e.

Leilany Thielen, P.E. started their career at AECOM in 2010 as a Graduate Engineer II, where they worked until November 2012. In November 2012, they joined the Harris County Toll Road Authority as an Assistant Maintenance and Traffic Engineer, a role they held until January 2017. Following this, they became a Maintenance Engineer at the same company, and eventually, in August 2021, they were promoted to the position of Assistant Director of Operations and Facility Infrastructure.
