Page Rander has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Page started their career in 1989 at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, where they served as the Media Services Director. In this role, they directed and produced promotional videos, managed section schedules, and provided coverage of department activities.
In 1997, Page worked as a Researcher at Lakefront Capital Investors, Inc., where they assisted with public relations efforts and conducted research for the firm.
Page then joined the Houston Airport System in 1998 as the Senior Executive Community Affairs. Here, they introduced new community outreach programs, coordinated the system's special report marketing magazine, and successfully implemented a student art program.

Page Rander attended the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Additionally, they attended Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism from 1994 to 1995 and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Journalism. Page Rander also attained another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from Syracuse University - SI Newhouse School of Communications in 1988. They obtained certifications as a Master Trustee from the Texas Association of School Boards in June 2013. Furthermore, they received an HR Generalists Certificate from George Washington University, although details of the institution and date of attainment are not provided.
