Roberto Treviño, P.E. serves as the Executive Director of the Harris County Toll Road Authority since January 2021, where Roberto has made significant contributions, including guiding the $1 billion Sam Houston Ship Channel Bridge project and initiating the Tollways to Trailways program for improved mobility in Harris County. Prior to this role, Roberto held various positions at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County from May 2004 to December 2020, including Executive Vice President of Planning, Engineering, and Construction, Vice President of Engineering and Construction, Program Manager for multiple rail projects, and Senior Resident Engineer. Roberto earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
