Martin Clay has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Martin began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they worked with manufacturing clients on audit engagements and provided litigation support. Martin then moved on to Wind River Holdings, where they served as an Internal Auditor, conducting financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions.

In 1993, Clay joined The Lehigh Group as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, purchasing, and logistics. During this time, they also valued and performed due diligence on acquisition targets and managed product sourcing from China, Philippines, and Mexico.
