Dora Sevillano

Dora Sevillano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and safety management within the healthcare and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Process Improvement Engineer at Harris Health System since January 2022, Dora specializes in optimizing clinical and operational processes through Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC principles. Prior to this role, Dora was the Corporate Workforce Safety Manager at Memorial Hermann Health System, overseeing workforce health and safety for over 30,000 employees.
