Helen Zhang

Helen Zhang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Harris HMC since May 2021, Helen was nominated for the 2022 Values Award. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at SOTI, where Helen was recognized as the 2019 Global MVP Awards Winner and a 2020 nominee, and HR Consultant positions at Victorian Legal Services Commissioner and ENGIE. With a strong foundation in providing HR support and strategic advice, expertise spans across various organizations, including ME Bank, Lumo Energy, Red Energy, and Tiffany & Co. Helen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management/Human Resources Management from Monash University.
