Joseph A. Gutierrez, PLS

Joseph A. Gutierrez, PLS has a solid work history in the surveying field. Joseph A. started their career at Mangini Reeves Survey Inc. in 2002, where they worked as a Survey Technician until February 2004. Joseph A. then joined Matrix Design Group as a Survey Technician from June 2004 to September 2008. In 2011, Joseph joined LW Survey Company as a Survey Project Manager and stayed with the company until June 2019. Following that, they worked at CORE Consultants, Inc. as a Project Surveyor II from July 2019 to September 2021. Currently, Joseph is employed at Harris Kocher Smith, where they also hold the position of Project Surveyor II since October 2021.

Joseph A. Gutierrez, PLS completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General from Trinidad State College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Joseph A. further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained another Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician, completing their studies in 1998.
