Amy McMullen has over 15 years of experience in various Human Resources roles. Amy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Harris Products Group. Prior to this, they worked at Lincoln Electric for 10 years in roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of University Relations & Campus Recruiting. Before joining Lincoln Electric, Amy held positions at Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Recruitment and Selection, Robert Half International as a Staffing Manager/Recruiter, Make-A-Wish Foundation as an Administrative Coordinator, and eSearch as a Recruiter. Their expertise lies in employee relations, change management, recruitment, and campus recruiting.

Amy McMullen (she/her) PRC, CDR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Kent State University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have obtained several certifications. Amy became a Professional Recruiter Certified (PRC) in August 2012 through AIRS, an ADP Company. In August 2017, they received the Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) certification from the same institution. Their most recent certification, the Harrison Debrief Coach, was obtained in April 2020 from Harrison Assessments International.
