Michael Erwin

Michael Erwin has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering sector. Michael is currently working as the Director of Engineering and Quality at Harris Products Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Integration/Project Manager at the same company from November 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Harris Products Group, Michael worked at Scapa Healthcare as a Production Manager from March 2021 to November 2021.

Additionally, they had a long tenure at Harris Products Group, starting from 2007. During their time there, they held several positions including Manufacturing Manager from July 2020 to March 2021, Engineering Supervisor from August 2019 to July 2020, Corporate Engineering Lead from January 2019 to July 2019, Project Engineer from July 2017 to January 2019, Project Engineering Technician from January 2015 to December 2017, Manufacturing Team Lead from June 2010 to December 2016, and Manufacturing Associate from March 2007 to May 2010.

Michael Erwin also briefly worked at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC as a Value Stream Leader from January 2017 to July 2017.

Michael Erwin holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from The University of Alabama, which they obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician at Miami University from 2015 to 2019. Michael also holds another Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminology from the University of Cincinnati, which they earned between 2006 and 2011.
