Philip McSparron

Philip Mcsparron has extensive experience in welding and quality control within various engineering environments. Currently serving as a welding coordinator at Harris Pye since July 2018, Philip has previously held positions such as Supervisor at Green's and responsible welding coordinator/QC at Harrispye Engineering. With a background that includes starting as a skill centre manager and training over 60 trainees in multiple welding processes, Philip has overseen the qualifications of over 3,000 welders. Additional experience includes roles as a QC Inspector at Ledwood Mechanical Engineering Ltd and CHB Jordan’s, with comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC inspections, metallurgical requirements, and effective client communication. Philip's technical expertise spans multiple welding techniques and compliance with industry standards such as ASME, AWS, and EN.
