Mark Waight

Mark Waight is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and financial leadership. Currently serving as Comptroller at Harris-Stowe State University since January 2024, Mark previously held roles including Operational Excellence Leader at Cushman & Wakefield and Principal at TReS Holding Co. Inc. Mark's leadership experience includes directing a statewide continuous improvement program for the State of Missouri and serving as Director of Operational Excellence at Edward Jones, where strategic quality management was emphasized. Mark has also led teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies at Wells Fargo Advisors and managed financial operations and change initiatives at Genworth Financial and General Electric. Mark holds a Master's degree in Professional Studies from Eden Theological Seminary, an MBA from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from NYIT.
