Jenn Nourse

Jenn Nourse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jenn currently serves as the Director of Technology Solutions at Harris Williams, where they lead a team in implementing technology solutions using Microsoft 365 technology. Prior to this, they were the Service Solutions Program Lead at Harris Williams, responsible for defining strategic visions and creating roadmaps for technology implementation.

Before joining Harris Williams, Jenn worked as a Senior IT Development Manager at NewMarket Corporation, where they led a development team in maintaining and improving R&D legacy systems. Jenn also has experience as an AVP Customer Relationship Management at the Federal Reserve Information Technology.

Jenn has also held positions at Genworth Financial, GE Healthcare, GE Capital, salesforce.com, Intira Corporation, and GE. In these roles, they served as an AARP Relationship Manager, Assistant Controller for Reinsurance, Master Black Belt Global Operations, Commercial Finance and Expense Leader, and Revenue Manager, among others.

Throughout their career, Jenn has demonstrated expertise in various domains, including technology solutions, development management, customer relationship management, reinsurance, and audit. Jenn has experience working with both on-prem and cloud environments and has utilized methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and six-sigma.

Jenn Nourse obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction degree from the University of Michigan in the years 1991 to 1995. Later on, they pursued and completed a Master of Human Resource Management degree from the University of Richmond between 2006 and 2008.
