Paul Hepper

Paul Hepper has over 17 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Paul began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia in 2003 and then moved to JPMorgan as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2004. In 2006, Hepper joined Croft & Bender as an Investment Banking Associate, where they were responsible for executing middle market M&A and capital raise transactions across various industries. Paul then worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Barclays Capital in 2009 before joining Harris Williams in 2010 as a Managing Director in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. Hepper's expertise lies in healthcare and life sciences, with experience in industries such as life sciences, medical devices, healthcare services, restaurants, building products, technology, and marketing.

Paul Hepper attended Battle Ground Academy from 1992 to 1999. Paul then went on to Vanderbilt University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued their MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
