Bob Swanger

Bob Swanger is an experienced executive with a strong background in the HVAC and building automation industry. Bob has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Executive Vice President at Harris, where they led the HVAC, Plumbing, and Building Automation Design, Installation, and Service efforts. Bob also served as the Senior Vice President at ABM Industries, where they drove the development and adoption of standard operating practices and led various growth and strategy initiatives. Bob has a solid track record of driving profits, growth, and operational improvements in the companies they have worked for. Prior to their executive roles, Bob gained experience in sales, marketing, and general management roles in companies such as McDowall Company and The Linc Corp. Bob also served in the United States Air Force as an E-4.

Bob Swanger earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jack Welch Management Institute in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (BES) degree in Business from St Cloud State University in 2000.
