Joe Hance

Joe Hance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project sales and technical skills in HVAC and plumbing repair. Currently serving as a Senior Project Sales Representative at Harris since January 2022, Joe previously spent over 14 years at Allen Mitchell & Company as a Machinist and Project Estimator, focusing on repairs and custom manufacturing, and dedicating the last six years to project sales. Joe also has a background as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where service extended from November 2002 to November 2006. Joe holds a Journeyman certification from Catonsville Community College and graduated from Calvert High School in 2001.
